Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in the United States (Kansas/Arkansas City area) to ensure fast and accurate delivery of legal documents. You will claim, dispatch, and complete jobs while coordinating with servers and internal partners to keep operations running smoothly.

This remote-friendly role is located in Kansas and requires 1–2 years in dispatch or related fields, strong organizational skills, and comfort with digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by contacting primary and nearby servers via Skye, text, phone, and email.
• Identify jobs missing customer information blocking claiming or dispatch.
• Review unclaimed zip codes with servers and coordinate with regional recruiter to escalate findings.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage due to volume or performance.
