ABC Legal Services in North Dakota seeks a detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinator to ensure timely service of process. You will monitor the Skye system, assign unclaimed jobs to servers, and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to analyze information, and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment. This is remote but located in North Dakota.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with digital tools and internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by contacting primary and nearby servers using Skye and maps.
• Resolve unclaimed jobs due to missing customer information (e.g., county or zip code).
• Escalate issues to teams when needed.
• Monitor trends in stuck jobs and report increases.
• Review unclaimed ZIP codes and coordinate with servers/ regional recruiter.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage due to volume.
