• Serve as a technical expert to the Team Lead and claim professionals on complex claims
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical/vocational considerations, and eligibility
• Coach professionals through complex scenarios and reinforce best practices
• Give timely feedback to build capability and improve claim decisions
• Monitor claim activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support development and delivery of training and knowledge sharing
• Assist with prioritizing actions to maintain claim block health
