Job summary

The Ladders seeks a Workforce Absence Dir Client Services to lead client service initiatives in workforce absence and claims programs. You will strengthen account relationships, refine service plans, manage renewals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve program performance.

This remote US-based role emphasizes strong commercial judgment, customer outcomes, and leadership of Account Representatives across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CPCU, AIC, or ARM designations are a plus.
• 10 years of related experience; 2 years in account management or 5 years as an adjuster with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account management strategies to enhance client service plans.
• Conduct pre-renewal visits to assess client satisfaction and performance.
• Manage client renewals, contract revisions, and service instructions for complex programs.
• Negotiate service plan improvements and changes with clients.
• Coordinate invoicing and audits while resolving major customer service issues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
• Supervise and guide personnel on programs requiring multiple Account Representatives.
