Job summary

Broadstaff is seeking a Director of Program Management for a fully remote role in the United States. The position leads client-facing telecom real estate programs, oversees a team of lease professionals, and owns program performance and revenue delivery within an assigned portfolio.

You will coordinate with Originations, Operations, and Executive Leadership, drive revenue attainment, monitor KPIs, and maintain executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless telecommunications real estate, tower leasing, or related programs.
• Proven ability to manage revenue targets, forecasts, and client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing portfolios in a client-facing setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership contact for assigned telecom infrastructure clients.
• Lead lease optimization programs involving lease extensions, rent reductions, easements, prepaid leases, and related transactions.
• Direct, coach, and support Lease Consultants responsible for negotiating with property owners and executing transactions.
• Manage program performance, transaction pipelines, forecasts, revenue attainment, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance metrics, conversion rates, transaction volume, and revenue forecasts while implementing corrective action plans when needed.
• Provide accurate reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with Originations, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Assess resource needs and help optimize staffing and operational efficiency across multiple programs.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
