Job summary

masterworks.agency is seeking a Director, Technical Delivery to lead the Delta-V technical production team. You will oversee email, SMS, landing pages, and marketing automation projects across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and nonprofit CRMs.

You will translate client requirements into actionable build plans, ensure on-time delivery, and drive process improvements. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for scaling the unit and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, email production, or digital marketing operations.
• At least 2+ years managing developers or technical production staff.
• Working orientation toward code: HTML, scripting, modern workflows.
• Proven ability to build and implement process, checklists, or QA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delta-V's technical delivery team and contract resources.
• Own the build queue for email, SMS, journeys, pages, forms, integrations, and tracking.
• Ensure requirements are complete, assets are ready, platform access is granted.
• Maintain QA checklists, templates, intake standards, and testing discipline.
