Masterworks, a faith-based fundraising agency, seeks a Director of Digital Production to lead Delta-V, Masterworks’ digital lifecycle unit. This role steers developers, manages delivery queues across emails, pages, and integrations, and defines intake and QA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, email production, or digital marketing operations
• 2+ years managing developers or technical production staff
• Conversant in HTML, scripting, and modern development workflows
• You've built processes before: a checklist, intake form, or QA standard
• Comfort making the call when documented process doesn’t cover the case
• Steady under deadline pressure
• Clear writing for requirements, documentation and coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: manage developers and contract resources, set priorities and growth
• Run the build queue: emails, SMS, donor journeys, landing pages, forms, integrations, tracking
• Own the process: build QA checklists, intake standards, templates; standardize build patterns
• Keep the platforms running: provisioning, credentials, DNS, landing pages, documentation
• Handle onboarding and migrations: platform assessment, post-migration validation
