Salesforce seeks a Director of Technical Program Management for Email and Messaging Platforms to transform our email marketing strategy, technology, and operations. You will manage the current system while building a next-generation agent-first platform powered by Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

You will align leadership, product, and cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery, drive a customer-centric, AI-enabled roadmap, and ensure programs meet business goals at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise software programs and teams.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs across scope, release planning, and cross-functional alignment.
• Steer software engineering processes using Agile with analytical rigor.
• Chair Steering Committee meetings and drive strategic program decisions.
• Build trusted partnerships with executives and functional teams to ensure success.
• Coordinate release issues, dependencies, and production metrics across teams.
