Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with security capabilities, technologies and architecture; 5+ years of experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee security risk strategy teams and manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Develop and communicate the Security Risk Strategic Roadmap and ensure alignment with leadership goals.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to translate threat landscape into strategic plans for business units.
• Lead bi-annual reviews of the Security Risk Strategic Roadmap with senior security leadership.
• Partner with BISOs, Compliance Officers, and senior leaders to provide advisory services on risk strategy.
