Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Director to lead enterprise security GRC initiatives with a focus on governance, risk and compliance at scale. You will develop executive reports for senior leaders and the Board, drive automation, and shape policy across the organization. The role is remote within the United States and requires authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; 4+ years in security GRC, audit and compliance.
• CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM certification preferred; CISSP preferred.
• Experience automating Security GRC processes and working with Archer/ServiceNow IRM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to improve security programs based on compliance and risk drivers.
• Lead governance initiatives and create executive/Board level reports.
• Oversee risk-based security oversight across business units and domains.
• Maintain awareness of security policies, standards, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver governance documentation and KPI/KRI reporting.
