Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a strategic Security Risk leader to own the Security Risk Strategic Roadmap and build a high-performing team. You will translate evolving technology and cyber risk into business strategy, partnering with senior leaders across the enterprise. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

You will direct risk strategy, collaborate on the roadmap, mentor staff, and engage regulators to demonstrate Centene's security posture and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with security capabilities, technologies and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSMP, CISSP or CISM or related advanced certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees security risk strategy teams with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversees strategic planning lifecycle and development of the Security Risk Strategic Roadmap.
• Collaborates with leadership to align processes with business segments and security capabilities.
• Facilitates bi-annual review of the Security Risk Strategic Roadmap with senior security leadership.
• Partners with business units to drive requirements based on threat landscape.
• Provides advisory services to BISOs, Compliance Officers and senior leaders.
