Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to steer the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA in the US. You will align global standards with local regulatory and operational needs and lead cross-functional teams through planning, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

Working with Global Deployment Teams and senior business leaders, you will ensure governance, risk management, and value realization across regions, sites, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of ERP delivery, deployment leadership or transformation experience.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or regulated industries preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks and readiness assessments.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, communications, and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews according to standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and execution with clear accountability and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
