Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director for Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs while delivering value across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include governance, readiness, data migration, testing, and cutover planning, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership experience.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, quality gates and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standardization with local needs.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability and readiness assessments.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
