Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the #FutureFresenius SAP S/4HANA program in the United States.

You will bridge global program leadership and US execution teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements, guiding deployment strategy, readiness activities, testing, go-live and sustainment across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; master's preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership in complex environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large ERP rollouts, multi-country/multi-site.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, quality gates and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance with decision structures, readiness assessments and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, communication, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing and Change Management.
