Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA, to steer enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout under FutureFresenius. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and operational needs.

You will lead governance, readiness, and resource planning while coordinating IT, Validation, and Change Management to accelerate value realization and standardized processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment or transformation leadership in complex enterprises.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience across multi-country environments.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science regulated industries and GxP/audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate the Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness, escalation, and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, communication, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee deployment quality and readiness, including data migration, integrations, security, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and execution with clear accountability and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases for rapid issue resolution and transition to support.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths.
