Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the Future Fresenius SAP S/4HANA transformation in the United States.

You will lead strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution to standardize processes and operating models across sites and business units, ensuring regulatory and validation requirements are met while guiding readiness and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT management.
• 12+ years ERP deployment/transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in multi-country environments.
• Pharma/Life Science regulatory familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness assessments, and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, communications, and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and milestone achievement.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
