Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking an experienced Director, Sales & Customer Success to build and lead the specialty sales and customer success teams. This senior role will guide the move from individual program roles to a coordinated regional pod model while ensuring a unified customer experience.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive hiring plans, pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy, and champion AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and client outcomes across MST,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 3+ years coaching field or specialty sales teams.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline; CRM fluency, HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Experience leading customer success or renewal functions.
• Experience partnering with RevOps/finance; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Specialty Sales Reps and Customer Success teams, ensuring pipeline discipline and quota attainment.
• Propose hiring plans and lead sourcing/interviewing for new roles with final sign-off from CGO.
• Collaborate with Enterprise reps to operationalize a unified commercial model and smooth hand-offs between teams.
• Own day-to-day sales management: pipeline reviews, forecasting, coaching, territory assignment, and performance management.
