Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking an experienced Director, Sales & Customer Success to build and lead our specialty sales and customer success teams. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will structure, coach, and standardize the team today while guiding the transition to a regional pod model over time.

You will oversee coordination with Enterprise reps, drive AI-enabled workflows, shape One Empower brand, and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to implementation, with responsibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• 3+ years coaching field or specialty sales teams.
• Experience turning structure into process, tools, and habits.
• CRM fluency, with HubSpot preferred.
• Experience partnering with RevOps/ERP; NetSuite known a plus.
• Experience selling to government or multi-buyer environments.
• AI-enabled tools experience and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Specialty Sales Reps and Customer Success teams.
• Design hiring plan and supervise sourcing and interviews.
• Coordinate with CGO and Enterprise Reps for model integration.
• Oversee pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Partner with RevOps on CRM, forecasting logic, and analytics.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity.
• Guide pod-model transition and brand alignment.
• Represent One Empower at conferences and events.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs from sales to implementation.
• Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership.
