Job summary

Centerbase is hiring a Director of Implementation to lead our Blueprint implementation practice for a remote, USA-based team. You will guide planned improvements, expand onboarding programs, and ensure consistent delivery across customer engagements.

This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to optimize adoption, scalability, and success, while building a world-class team and mentoring managers. Travel may be required to support enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ progressive experience leading onboarding and implementation teams in B2B SaaS, including experience managing managers.
• Ability to travel periodically (10-20%).
• Experience introducing technology, including AI, to drive operational improvements.
• Experience leading Enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own our Blueprint implementation methodology and drive smooth engagements.
• Define and roll out onboarding programs as go-to-market offerings expand.
• Maintain playbooks, project plans, and artifacts for consistent delivery.
• Maintain oversight of customer engagements and inform senior leadership.
• Own governance and assist in Partner implementations.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure positive experiences and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve offerings and ease of implementation.
• Build and enhance data migration tooling and AI-driven approaches.
• Develop onboarding training, e-Learning content, live trainings, and Centerbase certifications.
• Lead and develop the team, hire and coach managers, and advocate for customers.
