Job summary

Great Gray Group is seeking a Director, Strategic Implementations to lead the most complex customer implementations of our SaaS technology. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery to the SOW while building bespoke solutions for premier clients.

Based in our Boston, MA office, this hybrid role requires travel as needed and reports to a leadership team. A strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience owning complex, cross-functional, customer-facing delivery or implementations.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex and innovative SaaS technology implementations.
• Demonstrated experience building bespoke solutions atop SaaS technology and coordinating multiple internal functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations across the SaaS technology suite.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with agendas, items, and status updates.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Marketing and Onboarding teams to meet customer needs.
• Drive on-time delivery through risk management and issue resolution.
• Lead implementation communications with internal teams and external customers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a relevant field
