Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of accounts receivable management experience.
8 years of leadership experience.
5 years of medical revenue cycle management.
3 years of executive-level relationship management experience.
Experience standardizing complex processes across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee billing follow-up and AR management across Providence offices.
Drive denial management, reporting, and reimbursement recovery.
Collaborate with clinics, finance, contracting, compliance, and vendors to improve revenue cycle workflows.
Lead strategies to improve collections and reduce receivables while ensuring regulatory compliance.
