Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, healthcare, public administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of accounts receivable management experience.
• 8 years of leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management.
• 3 years of executive-level relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated experience standardizing complex processes across multiple facilities.
• Healthcare business operations or financial management in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing all aspects of billing follow-up, denial management, reporting and reimbursement recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and follow-up activities for Providence retained offices.
• Manage insurance and self-pay accounts receivable; ensure billing compliance.
• Collaborate with clinics, departments, finance, contracting, and compliance to improve revenue cycle workflows.
• Drive strategies to improve collections, reduce receivables, and enhance patient/provider experience.
• Lead the Revenue Cycle Business Services team to achieve AR goals and operational excellence.
