Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical rebates, programs, or related healthcare value functions.
• 5+ years people leadership over complex operations and governance.
• Experience owning operating models, governance, controls, and execution across cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading programs with measurable financial accountability, including forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience guiding teams through change, standardization, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own rebate strategy and operating model for manufacturer-funded programs.
• Oversee eligibility standards, attestation governance, and product mapping.
• Lead program administration, onboarding, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Drive forecast accuracy, reconciliation, and value leakage reduction.
• Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team.
