Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Director, Urology Services to provide enterprise-wide leadership for urology operations across the network, translating the CMO's clinical vision into scalable execution and partnering with physicians and leaders to drive growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, business, clinical, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical operations, service line management, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced degree in healthcare or business (MHA, MBA, MSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy for the urology service line and platform growth.
• Partner with the CMO, OneUrology, and leaders to drive growth and operational priorities.
• Standardize operating models, care pathways, and governance across sites.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory excellence across practice sites and ancillary services.
• Coordinate integration of urology-related ancillary services (lab, imaging, pathology, radiation).
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements across the network.
