Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Director of Contracts to lead provider contracting, negotiations, and network strategy within its Network Management team. The role focuses on high‑impact agreements, capitation and value‑based arrangements, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive financial performance and member outcomes.

You will oversee contract execution, monitor regulatory and quality metrics, and guide a team of contract specialists while partnering with Health Plan Operations and Provider Relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in network contracting.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex provider contracting and negotiations for delegated medical groups, IPAs, hospitals, and integrated delivery systems.
• Drive network strategy and provider partnerships with key organizations.
• Own contract performance, administration, and ongoing management including dashboards and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership with senior leadership input and policy development.
• Lead and develop team performance, including coaching and personnel decisions.
