SCAN Health Plan is recruiting for a Director of Contracts in the United States. This role oversees complex provider contracting with delegated groups, IPAs, hospitals, and integrated delivery systems to shape network strategy and value-based arrangements.

The position focuses on contract performance, analytics, and leadership within the Network Management team. It offers mostly remote work with travel to markets as needed, plus a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience Network, Contracting.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Complex Provider Contracting and Negotiations for delegated groups, IPAs, hospitals and IDNs.
• Drive Network Strategy and Provider Partnerships with key provider organizations.
• Own Contract Performance and Execution with monitoring of financial, regulatory and quality outcomes.
• Provide Strategic and Operational Leadership with policy and process development.
• Lead and Develop Team Performance including hiring, coaching and evaluations.
