Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in provider network operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading large, multi-level teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic initiatives within Provider Network Operations to improve network setup, data integrity, education, contracts, and audits.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure interoperability and compliance with state/federal/NCQA standards.
• Develop and execute provider education programs and relationship management to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
• Oversee annual IT work plans, budgets, and resource allocation for supervisory departments.
• Hire, coach, and perform reviews for direct reports and drive employee engagement.
