The role requires strong leadership, experience with reimbursement methodologies, and the ability to manage large teams within a matrixed structure. Travel and change management are expected as part of growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership at senior level overseeing healthcare provider network operations or related functions.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies, provider network operations, and healthcare data management.
• Ability to lead people in a matrixed organization and build high performing teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and NCQA standards.

Responsabilités

• Guide strategic initiatives for Provider Network Operations and ensure provider data integrity and education.
• Develop and execute strategies for provider education and relationship management to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
• Oversee planning of IT work plans, budgets, and resource needs for supervisory departments.
• Hire, coach and evaluate staff, ensuring engagement and performance across the network.
