You will collaborate with actuarial, finance, and operational teams to evaluate financial and operational implications, while guiding a team of contract specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of network contracting experience.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex provider contracting and negotiations for delegated groups, IPAs, hospitals and IDS.
• Drive network strategy and provider partnerships with key providers and internal teams.
• Own contract performance: implement, administer and monitor contracts and outcomes.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership in planning and policy setting.
