Azelis is seeking a dynamic Director, Principal Development to lead growth strategies for assigned principals in the US while serving on the leadership team. This role directs cross-functional activities across Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing and R&D to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Management, Business Development, Sales & Sales Management, Product Management or Strategic Marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Exemplary business acumen with deep strategic awareness and ability to execute.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth initiatives for principals within Azelis US and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Oversee pipeline development and collaborate with Technical Development Management to align goals.
Address supply-related challenges in partnership with supply chain and commercial functions.
Communicate plans with VP Principal Management, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
