Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing virtual sales team within the healthcare/pharma ecosystem. You will drive sales through collaboration with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Marketing and MSL teams while aligning on pre-launch and post-launch plans.

You will coach virtual reps, monitor KPIs, and contribute to CRM and program documentation, ensuring compliance and patient-centric outcomes across client programs.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years managing virtual sales teams in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years in a virtual pharmaceutical sales capacity or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
• Proficient with Client alignment and interactions at all levels.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and provide ongoing team & virtual sales leadership.
• Act as liaison between Client sales leadership and EVERSANA.
• Coordinate with Client field leadership for integration within the Client’s team.
• Lead program oversight and serve as single point of contact for the Client.
• Participate in marketing strategy discussions and provide input on targeting and collateral.
• Develop call guides using client-provided goals and messaging.
• Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet KPI objectives.
• Prepare summary data for weekly stats, trends, and KPI tracking.
