Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Pharma Partnerships to independently identify and advance biopharma opportunities across diagnostics and AI-enabled assays. This role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director, Pharma Partnerships.

You will build account strategies, influence cross-functional decisions, and manage alliances to drive growth and governance. Travel is up to 40% and requires a strong life sciences background.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliance management, or related healthcare markets.
• Experience independently creating, qualifying, and advancing opportunities with pharmaceutical/biotech sponsors, including contracting and proposal work.
• Experience applying companion diagnostics, oncology biomarkers, digital pathology, AI-enabled assays, or precision medicine to partner-facing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and develop pharma partnership opportunities by prioritizing sponsors and mapping decision-makers.
• Advance opportunities from early sponsor engagement through proposal, SOW, and collaboration agreements.
• Develop sponsor-specific value propositions across Leica and Danaher capabilities.
• Recommend deal strategies by synthesizing customer, market, financial, and technical inputs for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage active alliances and strategic accounts to support governance and expansion opportunities.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field

MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
