Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or alliance management.
• Experience with pharma/biotech sponsors and deal development.
• Knowledge of companion diagnostics, oncology biomarkers, digital pathology.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance biopharma partnership opportunities.
• Develop sponsor-specific deal strategies and proposals.
• Guide cross-functional governance and contracting.
• Manage selected strategic alliances and risk resolution.
