• Proven track record in organization-wide project management and program delivery.
• Experience developing HR analytics and AI-enabled reporting tools.
• Strong background in managing teams and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
• Expertise in integrating HR systems for reliable data flow.
• Deep understanding of HR technology and data quality improvement.
• Practical experience with AI use cases in HR, emphasizing data privacy and governance.
