Job summary

NantIQ is seeking a talented sales leader to drive Eviti growth across large health plans and payer-adjacent organizations. The Director of Payer Sales will prospect, develop, and expand relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging payer expertise to close complex enterprise opportunities.

This remote role requires up to 35% travel for client engagement, conferences, and events. A strong background in oncology, utilization management, and value-based care is essential to inform strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales or business development within healthcare software, SaaS, biopharma, or related industries.
• Proven success selling to large national and regional payer organizations.
• Experience engaging payer clinical, medical management, utilization management, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic, proactive sales strategy to expand Eviti with payers across national and regional plans.
• Build trusted relationships with payer stakeholders and senior executives across clinical and operational functions.
• Lead complex sales engagements from prospecting through close, with ownership of the sales cycle.
• Develop compelling business cases, account strategies, and pursuit plans showing clinical, operational, and financial value.
