Job summary

Zipdev LLC is seeking a sharp, high-potential recruiting leader to own and elevate our talent fulfillment organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, guiding remote recruiters, sourcers, and Talent Success professionals across Latin America to transform a good talent organization into an exceptional one.

The Director will oversee recruiting performance from open to placement, drive excellence in sourcing, assessment, and client calibration, and shape Zipdev's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• 3+ years managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting teams.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Experience implementing recruiting technology or process improvements.
• Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting performance and delivery end-to-end from open to placement.
• Coach the team on difficult searches and diagnostic leadership.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interviewing, and client calibration.
• Own Talent Success and retention initiatives post-placement.
• Lead technology, AI tools, and analytics to optimize recruitment systems.
• Build a high-performance culture and develop future leaders.
