Zipdev is seeking a high-potential Recruiting Leader to own and elevate our talent fulfillment organization. This role requires someone who has recruited, led teams, and now drives performance, development, and retention across a remote LATAM team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on recruiting experience, leadership, and a track record of coaching others to stronger results. This is a true Director-level opportunity with strategic influence and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting or staffing experience, with hands-on success as a recruiter.
• Proven leadership of recruiting teams and ability to coach others.
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams and cross‑function partnerships.
• Strong track record partnering with hiring managers and clients to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting performance from client opening to placement and retention.
• Lead recruiting, sourcing, and Talent Success functions for a remote LATAM team.
• Diagnose and fix sourcing, assessment, and closing gaps to improve quality and speed.
• Coach recruiters, define KPIs, and raise overall team capability and morale.
• Shape talent strategy, technology usage, and processes to scale with client needs.
