Job summary
Zipdev is seeking a sharp, high-potential recruiting leader to own and elevate our talent fulfillment organization. This role will inherit an established remote team of recruiters, sourcers, and Talent Success professionals across Latin America, with a mandate to take a good talent organization and make it exceptional.
You will own recruiting performance from first opening to placement, oversee talent success and retention, and shape how Zipdev recruits, develops, measures, and retains talent as
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
- Proven success as a recruiter and progression into leadership.
- Experience managing recruiters and sourcers, preferably remote.
- Strong ability to diagnose issues and coach for performance.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting performance from opening to placement and oversee retention.
- Improve sourcing strategy, assessment, interviewing, and offers.
- Lead talent success, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Champion recruiting technology, dashboards, and analytics.
- Build a high-performance culture across recruiting and talent success.
