Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record building or scaling an internal recruiting function.
• Strong sourcing with ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience implementing recruiting systems, processes, and metrics.
• AI fluency and ability to leverage tech to improve efficiency.
• Executive-level communication and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience mentoring/managing recruiters and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and compensation.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent.
• Build and implement recruiting infrastructure, including ATS, interview processes, scorecards, and reporting.
• Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and report results to leadership.
• Manage agency partnerships and develop scalable internal sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a high talent bar while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
