United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Director of Product, Subscriber Value, to shape the architecture, pricing, and bundles for our growing subscription platform, delivering value to millions of paying members.

You will partner with engineering, analytics, ML, finance, and business development, drive AI-enabled monetization strategies, and lead pricing decisions across App Store, Google Play, and web billing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer products with 5+ years owning subscription monetization.
• Proven ability to grow subscription businesses with measurable value.
• Experience shipping pricing and packaging changes.
• Hands-on with pricing, partnerships, and AI integration.
• Strong strategic ownership across multiple surfaces.
• Deep empathy for families and trust in monetization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the subscriber value strategy and portfolio architecture.
• Drive the Subscriber Value roadmap and development of freemium features.
• Grow revenue per membership and set monetization framework across tiers and bundles.
• Oversee premium services via third parties and partner offerings.
• Own pricing and packaging including promotions across app/billing platforms.
• Foster a culture of experimentation with AI-driven testing and insights.
• Lead as an AI-native product leader and prototype with AI tooling.
