Motive is seeking a Director of Product Strategy, Monetization & Operations to own the commercial and financial engine of our R&D organization in New York. You will drive revenue, pricing, packaging, margin, and cost-reduction efforts across Product and Engineering while aligning near-term monetization with the long-term product strategy.

Competenze

• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue, margin, or cost.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven success partnering and influencing across functions and levels without direct authority.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations for executives.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading a team.
• 5+ years of operating experience in a business operations or corporate strategy role.
