Qualifications

• Proven track record leading presales or Solutions Engineering teams.
• Experience scaling presales processes and coaching talent.
• Strong executive-level communication and strategic advisory skills.
• Experience with SaaS or technology, fintech, or data intelligence domains preferred.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Solutions Engineers across North America.
• Develop winning presales strategies and guide enterprise opportunities.
• Ensure customers clearly understand the business value of GBG's solutions.
• Coach and develop top technical talent and drive presales best practices.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and processes to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate insights into product ideas.
• Leverage data to improve win rates, deal velocity, and business impact.
• Attract and retain top talent and build a scalable organization.
