Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineers team across North America.
• Drive the technical sales strategy, discovery, solution design, demos, and evaluations.
• Partner with Sales to align presales with revenue goals and growth.
• Establish scalable presales methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Serve as trusted advisor on strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Champion AI-enabled practices to enhance productivity and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate insights into innovation.
• Use data and metrics to improve win rates, velocity, and impact.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent for ongoing growth.
• Contribute to Customer Engineering leadership with vision and strategy.
