• Establish scalable presales methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Act as trusted advisor on strategic enterprise opportunities and business value delivery.
• Champion AI-enabled practices to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate insights into product innovation.
• Use data to optimize win rates, evaluation success, and deal velocity.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent to support growth.
• Shape the vision and direction of the Customer Engineering function.
