Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting to own presales for the full platform and lead the technical heartbeat of the sales process. You will shape narratives, build demos, and design end-to-end solutions for Fortune 500 legal departments, spanning from outside counsel selection to billing workflows.

You will start as a hands-on leader, scale a global team, and partner with CEO and Product leadership to influence roadmap while driving high-impact, data-driven demonstrations and

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Sales Engineering or presales, with 4+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS to Fortune 500/global orgs.
• Executive presence delivering demos to C-level stakeholders and legal ops.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions and quantified business cases.
• Influence on deal strategy and roadmaps, partnering with product leadership.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools to build prototypes and demos.
• Strong operational rigor for presales metrics and multi-deal management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel internationally in a fast-moving scale-up.
