Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Director, Solution Owner to lead end-to-end success for our most complex customer implementations within the PaaS Delivery organization.

You will partner with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform Configuration, QA, and Technical Program Managers to set the standard for solution ownership at Cohere, operating as an executive-level counterpart to our clients’ leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale, complex technology or platform deployments in healthcare.
• Direct experience delivering large-scope healthcare products (claims systems, utilization management, prior authorization).
• Strategic program leadership with multi-year enterprise implementations.
• Executive presence, peer with C-suite and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success for Cohere's largest and most complex customer implementations.
• Apply strategic program leadership to multi-year, multi-workstream deployments.
• Drive a team of SMEs toward on-time deployments with strong timeline tracking.
• Serve as escalation point and executive counterpart to client leadership on flagship accounts.
• Set the standard for solution ownership at Cohere through high-quality account work.
• Make calls on scope, timeline, and resourcingTrade-offs with visibility into business risk.
