Job summary

DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Project Delivery to lead the Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Role can be remote in the U.S. with 50%+ travel to project sites and Scottsdale HQ. Visa sponsorship not available.

The team delivers turnkey PV, BESS, and repower projects nationwide, partnering with vendors and utilities to ensure disciplined execution and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EPC project teams and self-performing capabilities.
• Strong business economics to support budgets, schedules, prime/subcontract language.
• Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project personnel on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.
• Provide expert guidance on all project execution phases including schedule adherence, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and quality controls.
• Drive milestones, budgets, and regulatory compliance while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
• Set clear, measurable goals and review progress for Project Managers and teams.
• Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to ensure the team has the right skills.
• Apply economic thinking to decision-making focusing on value creation and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to project documentation related to contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritize opportunities and mitigation efforts.
• Foster trust-based relationships with customers and partners for mutual long-term success.
