Ladders is seeking a Client Services Director to lead our client services team remotely in the United States. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, improving retention, and delivering tailored solutions for complex programs.

You will partner with internal teams to address escalated service issues and negotiate service plans to support growth. The position oversees client services staff, ensures quality and compliance, and drives operational excellence across key programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPCU, AIC, or ARM designations are a plus.
• 10 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience required.
• 2 years of account management experience or 5 years of adjuster experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Liability and Workers Compensation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
