Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Data Center Operations Director to lead large-scale data center programs for enterprise clients. This remote U.S. role requires travel up to 50% and involves delivering on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

You will oversee program planning, governance, and Day 2 operations, driving P&L, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional leadership across teams in multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10–12 years total work experience with 8–10 years in PM and 4–5 years in program management.
• Experience leading three programs valued at $100M+ across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center programs.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with client requirements and growth strategies.
• Oversee PMO governance, org charts, RACI matrices, and stakeholder management.
• Manage Day 2 operations and post-install support across multiple sites.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
