Job summary

Nestlé S.A. seeks a Senior Director, Commercial - Functional Relationship Manager to lead the IT & Digital partnership across Marketing and Sales for Nestlé USA.

You will translate commercial strategy into a unified digital roadmap and drive value through measurable outcomes, including revenue growth and consumer engagement. You will shape global product roadmaps, lead a high-performing FRM team, and govern investments while driving GenAI and advanced analytics to enable connected commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12+ years IT & Digital or Commercial experience.
• 5+ years FRM/BRM/commercial tech leadership partnering with exec Marketing and Sales.
• 3+ years Agile/SAFe delivery experience.
• 2+ years GenAI or AI-driven solutions in commercial use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a unified Marketing + Sales digital roadmap.
• Partner with executive Marketing and Sales to translate strategy into digital initiatives.
• Drive EDT governance and prioritize cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing FRM team and manage IT investments.
• Represent commercial priorities in enterprise governance forums.
